Home Groups
Home Groups are small groups that meet in parishioners’ homes to study Scripture, share their joys and concerns, pray and spend time together as a community. Groups meet once a week for one and a half hours for approximately 6-8 weeks, with all participants being asked to commit to the full 6-8 week schedule. The groups take place in various geographic regions of the city. There is usually at least one group at any given time that is specifically geared toward young adults (20’s/30’s).
Home Groups are about…BELONGING
CONNECTING
One of the things that surprised me the most was how much I miss Home Group when we don’t have it! Usually I’m happy when other things are canceled, because it gives me that much more free time, but I always look forward to Home Group. It always feels like a period of renewal and refreshment rather than a responsibility. I always leave more “alive” than when I came.

RENEWAL
One of the most rewarding aspects of belonging to my Home Group was how quickly our group felt connected to one another, developed trust, and continue to demonstrate respect for our different walks with Christ.

LEARNING
Learning the Scriptures…The Bible is astounding…inexhaustible to six participants discussing even a short chapter that, at first, seems simple or bland.
