Reflecting the changing demographics of Center City, young adults in their 20’s and 30’s are the fastest growing age group at The Church of the Holy Trinity. CHT offers a variety of activities and events that are geared specifically toward young adult members and friends.

In addition to the regular activities listed below, there are also karaoke nights, film nights, sporting events, service projects, and other outings.

To receive updates about young adult events through Facebook, join our Facebook group: “CHT Young Adults.”

UnWined An informal gathering for drinks and appetizers on the last Friday of the month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.. UnWined is usually held at the Rectory or at the home of another staff member. Attendees are asked to bring an appetizer or beverage (either alcoholic or non-alcoholic) to share.

Sunday Brunch Held approximately once every other month, Sunday Brunch is a casual brunch out at a local restaurant following the 11:00 worship service. Brunch is a great opportunity to meet other young adults and catch up with friends.

3D Thursdays A new program starting in 2009, 3D Thursdays is a monthly get-together at the Parish House for the three D’s: dinner, discussion, and devotion. This program is an opportunity to explore and deepen faith with other young adults. The theme for 2009-2010 will be “The Seven Deadly Sins,” a conversation about the challenges we face as young(er) people of faith in today’s world.

Young Adult Home Group In conjunction with the Home Groups program, a Home Group of entirely young adults has formed and is meeting regularly. This group provides time for fellowship, prayer, and the study of Scripture. To learn more about Home Groups, please visit the Home Groups page.
