How Can I Share My Gifts & Skills with Our Church?

Pictured: Parishioners during a hike in the Wissahickon. This hike was one of several events for parishioners during Summer Sabbatical 2025. Thank you to Brian C. for leading the hike, and to all who attended!

Many parishioners have shared an interest in wanting to get more involved! Here are some of the ways you can share your gifts and skills with our beloved community:

  • Support the church's ongoing property renovations. Email Susan Leidy at susan.l.leidy@gmail.com.

  • Volunteer at Open Hearts! We're serving nearly 500 guests per week. You can volunteer at the weekly Tuesday and Sunday evening meals, drop off clothing and food donations at the church, or sponsor high-need items from our Wishlist.

  • Serve as a lector, intercessor, usher, or acolyte during Sunday Service!

  • Join the Accessibility Task Force to contribute to the work of making our church more physically accessible. Email Susan at susan.l.leidy@gmail.com.

  • Share why you support the Church of the Holy Trinity! During our Tell Out My Soul! Pledge campaign, the Stewardship Committee is asking parishioners to share about why they give to CHRIT. You can share your message by speaking during Sunday service or writing a brief message to include in the enews or on our blog.
