Chestnut Street Singers Present

In the House of Tomorrow

Saturday, May 3, at 4:00 p.m.

No tickets required. Suggested donation $10–30 at the door.

Growing up means getting to define who we are. We emerge from childhood having shed and regrown the stories of ourselves. Continuing Chestnut Street Singers’ 15th anniversary celebrations, In the House of Tomorrow seeks to tell a fragment of that monumental journey, touching on small moments of childhood and how they spin out to weave the larger story of a life seeking its meaning. Works by Ēriks Ešenvalds, Bobby McFerrin, Dale Trumbore, and Tarik O’Regan anchor the heartfelt program.

We believe firmly that all children and young people should be cherished and honored as they build their own tomorrows. We are proud to say that In the House of Tomorrow be a benefit concert in support of two extraordinary organizations: The Attic Youth Center and Juntos. Every dollar received at this concert will be passed along to these two organizations.
