Thank you to our neighbors at the Philadelphia Ethical Society for running a clothing drive to support Open Hearts! Your generous donations are already in circulation and serving our guests, many of whom experience food and housing insecurity.
Special shout out to PES' Community Liaison Julia Gokalp for organizing this clothing drive! PES and CHRIT have maintained our partnership: last November, PES invited John to give a talk about addressing poverty and homelessness through the support of faith communities like our church. We hope to continue to collaborate to serve our neighbors and community members!
