- Completing required Safe Church training and ongoing education.
- Undergoing background checks before hiring or participating in ministries with children, youth, or vulnerable adults.
- Following clear guidelines and procedures to promote safety, accountability, and healthy relationships in all programs and worship services.
- Responding promptly, respectfully, and appropriately to any concerns or reports of abuse, in accordance with diocesan policies and applicable law.
- Clearly stating process for reporting in our Personnel Manual given to every staff member upon hiring.
